Set in the fabulously beautiful West Wales countryside, Nyth Y Wennol is a family getaway that ticks all the boxes. Sleeping four, this super cute glamping pod sits on a working farm where all the ingredients for a relaxing break are provided. Inside

The pod is a wonderful organic shape and has that fairy-tale hideaway feel. The kitchenette has facilities for making simple meals and the dining area that converts into beds for two children. A fixed double bed and en-suite with shower is tucked away at the back of the pod. Above the bed there’s a skylight for taking in the starry skies of this remote location while you drift off to sleep. There is storage to stow your belongings beneath the bed and a heated towel rail to keep you toasty. You can enjoy lounging with a good book as you occasionally see your rosy cheeked children galloping across the lawn. Your days crawling around in a dark tent trying to find your socks will be over when you discover the ease of family glamping!

Outside

Step out into the fresh air and have your morning coffee on the deck. Get some sausages sizzling for breakfast on the barbecue with the sights and sounds of nature all around you. There is a fishing lake with free ‘catch and release’ fishing. Two rowing boats and some kayaks are available for guests to use, or bring your paddle board! On the lawns there are football goals and ample space for badminton or rounders. The play area exceeds expectations with swings, a slide and a large trampoline.

With all this playing, appetites may exceed expectations too! A communal pizza oven is a great place to gather in the evenings and load up your pizzas. Mmmm.. super crispy and gooey pizzas in the evening air. This could become a holiday habit! There’s an indoor games room with a pool table, table tennis and table football should the weather take a turn.
