Minimum stay for this property is 2 nights.

About

Nature’s Nest safari tents are nestled into the Herefordshire landscape with private access to the River Wye from the pretty farm fields. If you’re looking for family glamping with hot tubs in the Wye Valley AONB then look no further. Nature’s Nest is also perfect for an adventurous Wye Valley activity holiday for groups or extended families. You can book the entire site for a special occasion. The four safari tents each sleep six people in comfort and there are tons of things to do on site and around. From campfires and games to wild swimming, fishing, and watersports. All this right from your Nest with private access to the River Wye on your doorstep. And Natures Nest is dog friendly glamping too!

An eco retreat, the electricity at your Safari Tent is generated using a variety of green technology on the farm. Sustainability and care for the environment is a priority for your hosts. Hereford, the Welsh Border and Symonds Yat are all minutes away by car. But once you’ve settled into the tranquillity of life at Natures Nest you won’t feel like rushing. It’s impossible not to relax as you lower yourself into the hot tub bubbles with something delicious to sip as evening draws in.

Inside

A king sized cabin bed, a double room and a twin mean that 6 adults can all enjoy a good night’s sleep and emerge for morning coffee on the decking refreshed! Snug bedding with feather and down duvets plus electric blankets mean that cosiness won’t be a problem! There is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom stocked with luxury toiletries and towels. The dining area is generous and the log burner will keep you toasty warm in cool seasons. Enjoy long lazy lunches catching up with your favourite people and games nights on the sofa by the log burner. Dog friendly glamping in the Wye Valley will have everyone longing to move in for good!

Outside

Dine out on your deck in the sun and beneath the softening evening light. Hot tub anyone? Active types can soothe their muscles after a day of adventure. While those deserving a jolly good rest can lounge in the hot tub all day if they choose! Soak up the peace to your heart’s content. Each of Nature’s Nest Safari lodges has a fire pit with a grill and plenty of wood to help yourself to. Children big and small will relish the freedom of the open space. While away the day floating on the river or with a good book on the comfy seating on your deck. Wander over a field or two for a refreshing paddle, wild swim or fishing trip. Hire a canoe or paddle board and head down stream to choose a picnic spot. Simply heaven.

Nearby

The Herefordshire climate lends itself to the growing of fruits, so heading to one of the many farm shops is a must. Supermarket fruit may never taste the same again! A short walk away The Cottage of Content is your local award winning pub. The Loughpool and The New Harp Inn are also recommended by your hosts.

At Hereford Canoe Hire you can opt for a paddle board, canoe or kayak and paddle your way home to Nature’s Nest from where they are happy to collect. Symonds Yat is the epicentre for watersport and also sublime dog walks up to Symonds Yat Rock and around. Here you can also find Symonds Yat Maze, Butterfly Zoo and crazy golf to keep any landlubbers happy! Or try your hand at some Scandi sports at the Viking Games, where fun is sure to be had with axe throwing, archery and diverse games of dexterity and skill. And they also offer the not so Nordic team sport of paintballing!
