Spend your days tucked up in the cosy Caban with your favourite book, sit out in the private garden area with a glass of your chosen beverage. Or, if you’re looking for adventure then Caban Eric is an idyllic place to set up camp and go out to explore the dramatic landscapes of North Wales.
Lovingly crafted by The Davies Family and dedicated to Gaye’s late father, Eric, Caban Eric is the perfect place to relax, disconnect and catch up with your loved ones. Boasting rustic yet cosy interiors and a log burning stove, this wonderful Caban is will keep you warm and snug no matter what the season.
Inside Caban Eric you will find the cosiest space for two-four guests. As you step into your own little oasis you are greeted with a beautiful spalted beech kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped to cook up some simple tasty treats during your stay. In here you will also find a double sofa bed/seating area. A comfy spot to socialise with friends over your favourite glass of vino! As well as plan some of the amazing walks nearby.
Leading off from the living area you’ll find the bathroom featuring a large shower, just right for washing away the aches after a days adventure. Then to the end of the Caban is the bedroom, boasting a sumptuous king size bed. Adorned with the fluffiest of pillows and comfiest of duvets, the ultimate night’s sleep awaits you. In the morning you can open the door to let the outside in and arise to the sounds of nature.
In this tranquil and idyllic setting you have plenty of space to enjoy all to yourselves. Directly outside Caban Eric there is an outdoor cooking and seating area. Perfect for rustling up some mouth watering BBQ food! Spend the evening snuggled up by the chimenea or laze on the pallet seat or swing in the hammock to listen to the babbling brook and watch the sun disappear behind the Clwydian Hills. If you fancy taking a wild dip, Caban Eric even has its own natural splash pools fed by a local stream.
Caban Eric is based in the most perfect location for exploring the rugged yet beautiful landscape of North Wales. Situated only a mile away from the Offa’s Dyke path, this retreat is ideal for a walking holiday! The stunning Clwydian Hills await your exploration either by foot or bike. Due to the excellent facilities and variety of trails the Clwydian Range is a Cycling Centre of Excellence. Other top sites include Loggerheads Country Park, Moel Arthur Hill Fort, Clwyd Forest… the list goes on!
Heading further afield, within an hour you can reach attractions such as Betws Y Coed and the gateway to Snowdonia, Zip World, Surf Snowdonia, Go Below or Conway Castle, to name just a few!
If cooking isn’t on the agenda, The Cross Foxes is nearby to serve up some delicious home cooked foods and tasty ales. Or head to The Dinorben Arms in Bodfari to enjoy far reaching views from the elevated terrace. Other local eateries include The Cherry Pie Inn, The Far Boar in Mold or The White Horse for some excellent posh food.
