Based on a working farm on the north-eastern tip of the beautiful Cotswolds is Bob’s Lodge. The perfect spot for a relaxing family break. Cantilevered against a bank, overlooking grazing sheep. This is one cool lodge filled with treehouse vibes, a truly idyllic getaway steeped in the great outdoors. Sleeping 8 (plus an infant in a cot) across four bedrooms – one being that little bit different. More on that later. With a focus on bringing the family together, the property is designed with togetherness in mind. From the open plan living space. Right through to the little family-friendly touches, which the little folk in your party will adore. A kid’s breakout space with child-size furniture plus their very own TV/DVD player being one. And Bob’s Lodge is in a great location too. The beautiful surrounding Cotswolds area has plenty on offer to please the whole family.

Inside

Set across two floors, the inviting space is both modern and stylish. The open plan living space features tri-fold doors, pulling the outdoors in. With plenty of seating, it’s the perfect place to pop your feet up in front of the 43” Smart TV and DVD. The kitchen/diner offers seating for eight, plus a highchair. And the sleek, modern kitchen offers all the mod cons you need to make self-catering a breeze. With one king sized bedroom on the ground floor with a walk-in shower room. The property is ideal for anyone with mobility issues. There are two further bedrooms, a double and a twin along with a full bathroom, on the first floor. And stay tuned for bedroom four……

Outside Bob’s Lodge

Head out onto the deck and across the bridge to the huge geodesic dome, where you’ll find bedroom four. A stargazer’s dream. Peaceful nights spent beneath the glittering sky in complete comfort and luxury. Heated, making it suitable for use year-round, with a sumptuous circular super-king bed at its heart. There’s even a telescope to hand.

The deck itself features furniture for those al fresco meals, along with a gas BBQ. And should you wish to test your flair for the Italian, a charcoal pizza oven. Catch a few rays on the wooden ergonomic sun loungers. Or sway gently in the hammock. There’s even a 4m slide to take the more adventurous directly into your private garden. Steps are to hand for those who may feel a little more cautious! And for the ultimate relaxation, Bob’s Lodge has its own private seven-seater hot tub. Featuring funky colour changing lights and Bluetooth speakers, this is the place to be at the end of the day.

Nearby

The stunning Cotswolds offer beautiful views, fantastic walks and picturesque villages and towns to explore. And don’t forget to stop off at a proper country pub for food! Families will want to head to the Cotswold Wildlife Park, just thirty minutes away. Meet the animals, play in the woodland-based adventure park and head to the children’s farmyard. Less than half an hour away is Warwick Castle. Tons of history wrapped up with tales of knights and princesses – perfect for kids! There’s also a great park opposite the castle, St Nicholas Park. With crazy golf, a mini fair and much more. Just twenty minutes away is Stratford upon Avon, famed birthplace of William Shakespeare. Or for car enthusiasts of all ages, head just ten minutes away to the British Motor Museum.
